Suit Yourself - Terms of Service

Welcome to Suit Yourself, a mobile game designed to teach players how to master the art of Spades in a fun, culturally grounded way.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Suit Yourself game and related services ("Services"). Suit Yourself is developed and operated by RevlytIQ LLC, doing business as (DBA) Suit Yourself Games. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. MVP Status and Feedback Agreement
Suit Yourself is currently in a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase. The gameplay mechanics, user interface, design elements, and overall experience are subject to change with limited notice. By using the app, you agree to participate in our development journey, which may include occasional requests for feedback, surveys, or feature testing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Suit Yourself. By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will immediately delete their data and terminate their access to the platform.
3. Account Registration
If account functionality is enabled, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful behavior.
Engage in racism, hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, or any conduct that endangers the community or violates applicable laws.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access or misuse the Services.
We reserve the right to take enforcement actions based on these rules, including restricting or banning accounts, in accordance with our moderation guidelines.
5. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue certain aspects of Suit Yourself. Where material changes are planned, we will provide reasonable advance notice via in-app messaging or email. Exceptions apply for urgent legal or security concerns.
6. Fundraising and Commercial Intent
Suit Yourself is a pre-commercial product actively seeking funding. As part of our mission, we may structure our operations and product offerings in ways aligned with investor interest, partner expectations, and evolving market strategies.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion, including for violations of these Terms or behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of our community. In most cases, users will be notified prior to termination unless the behavior constitutes a serious violation requiring immediate action.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Suit Yourself app, including its content, features, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to offer a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of certain warranties, so these terms may not apply to you in full.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suit Yourself shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
12. Assignment
We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or governmental actions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
