Suit Yourself ("we," "us," or "our") is a game developed and operated by RevlytIQ LLC, doing business as (DBA) Suit Yourself Games. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Gameplay data is retained for up to 2 years after account closure.

Suit Yourself is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will immediately delete their data and terminate access to our Services. By using the game, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, store data on secure servers located in the United States, and regularly audit our systems for vulnerabilities. While we strive to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via email or in-app message within a reasonable timeframe and describe the nature of the breach, what data was impacted, and what steps we are taking in response.

Suit Yourself is currently operated and hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer and acknowledge that the privacy laws in your jurisdiction may differ.
